Ready to level up your lifting? The Barbell Blueprint is an 8-week weightlifting plan designed to build strenght, refine technique, and boost confidence under the bar. This isn’t just a cookie-cutter programme - you’ll get weekly check-in’s, individual feedback on your lifts, and ongoing support every step of the way.

Starting 4th August, this is your chance to train with intention, build momentum, and set the stage for long-term progress. Be quick, spaces are strictly limited to 5 lifters, so you’ll get the attention you deserve.

Basic Overview:

At the end of the plan, you’ll also unlock access to discounted bespoke programming - tailored support to keep your gains rolling (minimum 3-month sign up, 1 month at a discounted rate).
